About Anna Reich

Anna Reich was born in 1996 in Israel. She grew up in Moshav Herut, and today lives in Givatayim.

In her youth, she practiced modern ballet dancing professionally, but due to an injury, stopped dancing and started practicing photography, which led her to decide to study art professionally.

Since then, Anna has been studying and working in a variety of mediums, and currently focus on drawing, sculpture and printmaking, producing hybrids of works that combine different mediums.

In her works, Anna distills thoughts, ideas and works into a multi disciplinary installations that abstractly deals with the "uncanny". She tries to blur the boundaries between the work of art and the domestic functional object, and direct the viewer's gaze to dwell on the intimate everyday space.
