Bat Ella – an Israeli singer and recording artist who is best known for inspirational and engaging musical experiences that connect people. Bat ella recorded 5 solo albums that represent her multicultural repertoire. In Israel, Bat Ella has performed on exclusive stages from Zappa to large concert halls, including the historical Caesarea Amphitheater and abroad throughout Jewish communities in the US and Europe. Bat Ella is graduate of the IDF Performing Art Troupe, grew up in the desert town of Dimona to Jerusalemite parents whose roots originate in Aleppo and Persia.
Since 2020, Bat Ella has been a featured singer at the weekly live Kabbalat Shabbat programs of the 929 Project with Rabbi Benny Lau; Preformed more than 100 concerts at senior citizen homes, to encourage the elderly community during the Covid pandemic; Initiated a Tribute Concert to the Jewish-American singer-songwriter Debbie Friedman, which aired on the American TV network JLTV, was broadcast in the UK by the JMI – Jewish Music Institute, and screened more than 50 times throughout Jewish communities around the world. On June 2022, performed at Park Avenue Synagogue, NY together with Cantor Azi Schwartz in a festive concert celebrating the music of Debbie Friedman, a concert which was a kick-off of her international 2022-2023 Tour.
Bat Ella collaborated with many artists on stage, including The Symphonnette Raanana Orchestra, pianist and international artist Guy Mintus, virtuoso violinist Nitzan-Chen Razel, soloist of the Nazareth Orchestra Hiba Batchish and her son – the musician, singer and songwriter, Nitzan Birnbaum.
