Professional Education
1977 – 1979: Photography studies at “Studio 18” (professional school), Tel Aviv, Israel.
1979 – 1980: Photography studies at “Yad LeBanim” institute, Megido, with the artist Roli Nativ.
1980 – 1980: Photography studies at “Ohel Sarah” Institute, with the artist Shmuel Lipkin.
1980 – 1981: Photography studies in Tel Aviv with the artist Prof. Hanan Laskin.
Experience
1982 – 1995: Staff photographer of the daily newspaper “Al HaMishmar”, and its weekly magazines “Hotam” and “HaDaf HaYarok”. Contributing photographer to various publications including the art magazine “Studio”.
1990 – 1994: Photographer for Yediot Aharonot’s weekly magazine “7 Yamim”.
1995 – 1996: Photography instructor at “Ksulot” school, Nazareth.
2000 – 2002: Photography instructor at “Amal” school, Afula.
2002 – present: Practicing commercial, social, and artistic photography.
Other Accomplishments
30 years of documenting Israeli diversity lifestyles and culture.
Contributed to a variety of art publications, history albums, and book covers.
Presented 19 individual exhibits in museums and galleries.
Participated in 40 group exhibits in museums and galleries.
More than 350,000 photos were selected and archived by Harvard University (USA) library, documenting Zionism and the State of Israel.
