About David Lustig

David Lustig is a young self-taught 16-year-old Israeli painter. He draws with colored pencils with a high level of photorealism. David started drawing with colored pencils only at the age of 14, inspired by the painter Marcello Barenghi, but since then he has progressed very quickly and gained complete control over the medium. When he was 15, he used graphite for some of his artwork. Although he no longer uses graphite, he became proficient in this medium as well, in a relatively short time.
