Elinor Ostrovsky

Elinor Ostrovsky was born in Israel and lives in Netanya, Israel. She studied at Unison Dance Academy.
Elinor mostly trains at classical ballet, contemporary, improvisation technique and works on many genres of dance such as ballet variations, musicals and contemporary repertoires of best world choreographers. On August 2016/17 Elinor participated in a Vaganova summer intensive of Unison Dance Academy, led by the Mariinsky Theater soloist Valeria Martynyuk.
Elinor took part in the donation concert of Unison Dance Academy named “Marshmallow” beside the “Bat Sheva” and “The Israeli Ballet” dancers in Suzanne Dellal Center. In 2016 and 2018 she performed in the Mia Arbatova Gala. In 2017 and 2018 Elinor has performed at the gala of the YAGP competition named “The Stars of Today Meet The Stars of Tomorrow”.
Elinor has competed in national and international competitions such as the “I Believe” competition (in 2015-2018 she received Gold and Silver medals in the ensembles and solo elite categories), “YAGP” competition (in 2016-2018 she received the first and second places in the ensemble division, got to the classical final round and got a short term scholarship to the “Palucca Hoschule fur Tanz, Dresden” at the Paris semi-finals.
In 2018 Elinor won third place in the ensemble division at the NYC finals), “The 2nd International Dance Competition named after Gamar Almaszadeh, Baku, Azerbaijan” (In 2018 she won third place with a duet).
In 2017 and 2018 Elinor got a scholarship from the AICF at contemporary and classical categories.
