Emily Siegreich

Emily Siegreich was born in Israel 1999. She began her cello studies in the year 2010 with Mrs. Luba Rabin at the Kfar-Saba Conservatory and since 2015 she has been studying with Professor Zvi Plesser at the Raanana Music Center.
Emily has received a scholarship from the America-Israel Cultural Foundation in the years 2013/2014 and 2017/2018. She also performed in a concert of the foundation Ha’atid Kvar Kan in March 2014 Emily graduated from the Thelma Yellin High School of Arts, where she performed as a soloist and as a principal cellist of the schools’ symphony orchestra. She also performed as a soloist with the Tel Aviv Soloist Orchestra and played as a principal cellist in the Young Israel Philharmonic Orchestra.
Emily took part in masterclasses with Garry Hofmann, Ralph Kirshbaum, Maria Tchaukovskya, Paul Katz, Clara Kim, Tim Park, Hans Jorgen Jensen and Matias de Oliveira Pinto.
Emily participated in the David Goldmann Program for young excellent musicians, where she was part of chamber groups coached by Sergei Bressler. She was part of the Huberman project which was a collaboration between the Jerusalem Music Center and the Heifetz Institute. Emily is also a participant of the Perlman Music Program.
Emily served the IDF as an Outstanding Musician.
