Etgar Bardanashvili

Etgar Bardanashvili was born in 2000 and was raised in Kiryat Yam, Israel. He is a student in the 11th grade at Yitzhak Rabin high school in Kiryat Yam. He studies physics and chemistry.
Etgar Bardanashvili is an America-Israel Cultural Foundation grant recipient for trombone performance, which he studies at Kiryat Yam Conservatory of Music for 8 and a half years, under the guidance of Meytar Neve.
About five years ago he auditioned successfully for the Haifa Youth Orchestra trombone – Shanghai from Haifa Symphony Orchestra and Shanghai Philharmonic Orchestra Music Director Maestro Xu Zhong. Unfortunately this plan did not materialize for reasons beyond him.
On March 10 2016, he performed Rimsky Korsakov’s concerto for trombone. as a soloist at a conference of the ministry of education orchestras.
In December 2015 he attended was accepted to the national youth orchestra of Israel.
Etgar Bardanashvili is an AICF grant recipient for 2015-16 and 2017-18.
