Eyal Haiman

Eyal Haiman was born in Jerusalem in 1996. He began to study the cello at age nine.
Eyal attended the Jerusalem Conservatory of Music and Dance under Cornelius Pauer and Michal Korman and completed his B.A at the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance under Zvi Plesser. Eyal studied with Martin Ostertag at the Universty of Music Karlsruhe. Recipient of the America-Israel Cultural Foundation award 2013-15. Eyal is a winner of the “Voice of Music” Young Artist competition, Jerusalem, 2013; and the Dina Turgeman chamber music competition of the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance 2015, 2017.
Participated in the Perugia Music Festival 2014 under Ursula Smith, the Perlman Music Program 2014-16 in Israel under Paul Katz and Marry Peckham, the International masterclass Gengenbach 2016 under Peter Bruns, the Forum Artium in Germany 2017 under Wen-Sinn Yamg and the Keshet Eilon International masterclass under Amit Peled and Hillel Zori.
