Galit Lurya

Galit Lurya (b. 1983) grew up in Israel and the United States. She holds a Master in Fine Arts from the Design and Technology program at Parsons, NY, and a B.DES in Communication Design from the Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design in Jerusalem. For over 10 years, she’s been fortunate to create experiences that enrich learning, make it easier for people to stay connected, and make reading more engaging.
She is currently a product designer at Amazon making it easier to access high-quality healthcare.
Galit is an America-Israel Cultural Foundation scholarship recipient for visual arts for 2007. She has received a Dean and Provost scholarship (2013-2014) at Parsons the New School for Design. Galit was a semifinalist in the web and application design category for the “Adobe Design Achievement Awards & ico-D”, 2015.
