Hadi Al Kalil

Hadi was born and raised in Isifya, a Druze village in northern Israel. He studied at the Art Department of Haifa University. Hadi’s interests expand in different art fields: Painting, Sculpture, Photography and Assemblages. In his works Hadi explores the clash of rationality versus creativity. Inspired by his own life experiences he is not only creating art but he rediscovers the borders of the human mind. In some ways, his art represents an attempt of acknowledging the subconscious intuition of the human being.
During his studies, Hadi participated in several art exhibitions. Starting with 2014, his sculpture work “Chairs of Society” is permanently presented in a solo exhibition at the Library of the University of Haifa. In 2015, he participated in a group exhibition at the Hecht Museum (Haifa). At an international level, he took part in 2016 in the Final art exhibition at the Vilnius Art Academy. In 2017, he also took part in the graduation exhibition of Haifa University. In October 2017, Hadi will take part in the upcoming exhibition at SALON HACUBIA in Jerusalem.
