Idan Pipano

    Idan Pipano was born in Tel Aviv in 2003. Idan has studied piano at the conservatory of Petah Tikva with Mrs. Aura Klain, and composition with Dr. Boris Pigovat.

    In 2013 he won second place in the national competition for young pianists: “Piano Forever” in Ashdod. Following this achievement, Idan was invited to perform as a soloist with the Ashdod Symphony Orchestra under the direction of Mr. Vag Papian.

    Later in 2014 Idan passed with excellence tests for the first stage in the Conservatory and won a scholarship from the mayor. One of the pieces played was his own written material. In February 2014 and February 2015, Idan appeared as a soloist with the Chamber Orchestra of Petah Tikva conducted by Mr. Michael Zacharin. In July 2015 he participated in the International Festival for Chamber Music “Musica Mundi” in Belgium. At the festival, he played with various chamber ensembles.

    During his years of music studies Idan participated in numerous concerts as a part of the conservatory, in various events in Petah Tikva.

    In 2016 Idan was awarded an Excellence Scholarship from the Lions Israel Voluntary Association. Idan participated in several concerts with a trio under the guidance of Mr. Michael Delman. At the end of the last school year Idan performed at the Heichal Hatarbut hall in Petah Tikva at the solo debut of the “Youth Concert ” for piano, violin and orchestra by Dr. Boris Pigovat together with Orchestra of Petah Tikva conservatory, conducted by Michael Delman.
