Ido Atzmon
Ido Atzmon
Ido Atzmon was born in 2007 in Israel. He is a student of Mrs. Ada Weinstock in the piano department at the Israeli Conservatory of Music in Tel Aviv. Ido also studies in the music department at “Ironi Alef” School of Arts. He began piano studies at the age of five and a half at the Israeli Conservatory.
As part of his studies, Ido performs in many concerts on behalf of the Israeli Conservatory.
In 2017 He was invited to play in a festive concert held in honor of the conservatory graduates.
In 2018 Ido was invited to play in a special concert in honor of the violinist and conductor, Itzhak Perlman, as part of the Perlman program for outstanding musicians. Ido often performs and plays at various cultural events, including on behalf of the Tel Aviv-Yafo Municipality. In the summer of 2018, he was invited to play in The Chagall State Hall in the Israeli Parliament (Knesset).
Ido recently participated in masterclasses led by Prof. Arie Vardi, Dr. Sonia Rubinsky, and Mr. Matan Porat.
In 2019 Ido was chosen to play and accompany the national choir conference of the Ministry of Education.
In 2019, Ido was recognized as an outstanding musician by the Gifted and Talented Division of the Ministry of Education and was accepted into the unique program for gifted musicians. He is also a member of the Outstanding Young Pianists Program of the Jerusalem Music Center (Mishkenot Sha’ananim).
In January 2020, Ido was selected and privileged to play on the stage of “Heichal Hatarbut” as part of the “KeyNote” Program of the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra. In August 2020, Ido won a two-year scholarship (for the years 2020-2021) for piano studies from the America-Israel Cultural Foundation.
