Ilan Yona

Ilan has been working as a motion designer for 13+ years and have recently dabbled in UI and UX design. His background is in fine arts, film making, and education. He has been teaching in some way or another for the better part of the last 20 years.
Having moved from Tel Aviv to Berlin 10 years ago, he has since been working with media agencies and private clients on projects ranging from TV commercials, fancy boardroom brand films, film compositing, and social media campaigns.
Some of the clients Ilan has worked with in the last years include AMG, Ritter Sport, Tchibo, Hansgrohe, DB, Mercedes-Benz, Immobilien Scout 24, OBI, Disney, Avene and Purina.
his toolkit is mostly made from Pen and paper, After Effects, Photoshop, sketch, cinema 4D, Redshift, and Davinci Resolve.
Beyond Ilan’s professional work, he self-produces short films and video-art projects that are shown in exhibitions and film festivals worldwide. He has a deep passion for education and has graduated with a degree in art and education from one of the leading art institutes in Israel. Ilan is also a huge fun of cooking shows and karaoke.
