Itamar Hildesheim
Itamar was born in 2000 and began his career as a singer at the age of 6 at the Moran Choir. He graduated from Thelma Yellin High School where he studied in the classical music department. In this capacity, he participated in the choir and as a soloist under Maestro Yishai Steckler. In 2015, Itamar joined the early music vocal ensemble led by Ayala Sicron at the “Stricker” Conservatory. In addition, he participated in an early music workshop at Stricker, where he had master-classes with Antonella Jianza and David Shemer. In the years 2016-2018, he studied in the annual program for outstanding singers at the Jerusalem Music Center “Mishkenot Sha’ananim”. From October 2018 he studies at the Jerusalem Academy of Music in the class of Jeffrey Francis and Ido Ariel.
He has participated in a series of concerts by the Camerata Orchestra and the Moran Ensemble conducted by Maestro Tim Brown. Next season he will perform as soloist with the Israel NK Orchestra under the direction of Maestro Guy Braunstein.
Itamar won the status of an ‘exceptional musician’ in the IDF and is a recipient of the AICF Scholarship for the years 2018-2019.
