About Itay Goldberg

Itay Goldberg born in Dec 1993 in Rishon Lezion is an accomplished Jazz saxophonist, Composer/Arranger and Educator currently resides in Brooklyn, NYC.
Itay studied in a the performing arts high school Mekif H in Rishon Lezion and after his army services Itay got in to the Israeli Conservatory(AKA Shtriker) Jazz program with The New School and received special merit scholarship for his studies in Israel, and from The New School where he graduated in May 2019 with honors.

Itay had the privilege to work and perform with notable artists such as Ari Hoenig, Shai Maestro, Ofer Ganor, Chris Cheek, Reggie Workman, Buster Willams.
Besides his work in the jazz realm, Itay has made an impact on the Israeli Indie music scene with his Ska-Punk band Hapussy Shel Lucy with the release of the double Vinyl “mesitim lemered”
