About Jenny Schukin

Jenny Schukin, designer and illustrator, is a graduate of Shenkar College for Engineering and Design. She was born in 1993 in Moscow, and currently lives in Givatayim, Israel.
In the course of her BA studies in visual communications at Shenkar College, Jenny finished her 2nd and 3rd years with honors. In her 4th year, she presented her final project – a self-written Hebrew children’s book ״זה לא זבוב!״ (“That’s not a fly!”). The project was carried out under the supervision of Batia Kolton and Nadav Shalev.

In 2018, Jenny Shukin was awarded Azrieli fund prize for excellence in design.
In 2019, America-Israel Cultural foundation awarded her with a grant for excellent results in graphic design studies.

Currently, Jenny works as a graphic designer in a branding studio, as a designer and editor at Uncoated magazine, in addition to her freelance work as designer and illustrator.
Her future plans include applying for a Masters degree in design.
