Lior Milliger
Lior Milliger is an Israeli born Saxophone player, improviser and composer, and a graduate of Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance in composition and performance (2013). He has recorded and performed in Israel, Europe and now in NYC, where he is performing and recording with local artists.
Milliger has performed in Israel at different venues and festivals, including the well-known Israel Festival, held in Jerusalem (2000) at the Jerusalem Theatre.
All of Milliger’s work is being produced independently. His first Album “Seven Songs” was recorded in Israel and supported by the Israeli Ministry of Culture (Minhal Tarbut) and released in 2011. His second album, “Processing Statement” has just been recorded in Brooklyn with local musicians and will soon be released(2017).
Milliger composes his own music, with compositional ideas and improvisational frame works currently defining his music.
