Natanel Bikov
Natanel Bikov was born in Jerusalem, Israel in 1999. He began studying the trombone at age 9 with Samuel Shifrin in Petah-Tikva. Natanel started to study with Micha Davis in 2014, the bass trombonist of the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra. Since 2015 he has been studying with Nir Erez, principal trombonist of the Israel philharmonic Orchestra. In 2014, he joined the Young Israel Philharmonic Orchestra, and from 2015 he has been the principal until 2017. He had also been the principal trombonist of the National Wind Orchestra between 2013-2014. Natanel has been member of the Young Israel Philharmonic Brass Quintet, and Brass Trio. Studied one year at Buchmann-Mehta school of Music for B.A. Degree between the years 2016-2017. Natanel played solo with the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra, under the conducting of Maestro Zubin Mehta in July 2017. He joined the IDF wind orchestra as a 1st trombonist. Mr. Bikov won second prize in National Wind competition, and has received high level scholarships from America-Israel Cultural Foundation.
