Nitzan David Hamerman received twice in two consecutive years (2018 and 2019) the “Oman-Moreh” Prize from the ministry of culture. He received twice in two consecutive years (1995 and 1996) a full-tuition scholarship, from the Bezalel Academy of Art & Design.

Hamerman was born in a kibbutz in southern Israel in 1966. He studied for 4 years at the Bezalel Academy for art and Design in Jerusalem towards B.des. He graduated from the Continuation Art Program at Hamidrasha Beit Berl. graduated with B.A. Humanities and Social Sciences at the Open University, Tel Aviv. Now he is studying towards M.A. in Cognitive Studies of languages at Tel Aviv University.
