About Noa Blumer

Noa Blumer (born 1998, Tel Aviv, Israel), is a Jazz and R&B singer, composer, and arranger.

She grew up in a musical home. Her mother, Naomi Feldman Blumer, is an accomplished saxophone player and music teacher.

Since childhood, Noa absorbed endless hours of Jazz and Soul music. At the age of 3, she liked listening to Aretha Franklin and Lenny Kravitz. In first grade, she took piano lessons.

At 13, she started Classical singing, and in high school, she joined the Jazz music department.
During those years, she participated in a program for Outstanding young Classical singers in Mishkenot Shaananim in Jerusalem and was the lead singer of a Funk band that performed at the Barbi club in Tel Aviv, at the 2019 Indi-Negev festival and many more.

Noa likes Combining Classical and Jazz music and experiencing them enriched and perfected her repertoire style and technique.

In October 2020, Noa started studying at Rimon music school. In October 2021, Noa started her second year of studies at the Rimon Jazz Institute. During these two years, Noa received several excellence scholarships from Rimon. While studying at Rimon, Noa recorded her first EP, and released her first Single.

In July 2022, Noa received a Jazz Performance Excellence grant from the America-Israel Cultural Foundation.
