Noa Chernichovsky
Noa Chernichovsky is a distinguished ceramic artist, born in Jerusalem in 1990, currently living and working between Tel Aviv and London. She holds an MA in Ceramics and Glass from the Royal College of Art, London (2022), and a BFA in Ceramics from the Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design, Jerusalem (2016). In 2014, she broadened her artistic perspective through studies at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in Bornholm, Denmark.
In 2018, Noa founded Ceramic in Frishman, which has since become one of the most dynamic centers for ceramic education in Israel.
Since 2022, she has been represented by the Charles Burnand Gallery in London. Her work has been exhibited in leading venues, museums, and private collections across the UK, Europe, and Israel — including the Faenza International Ceramics Museum, the Jerusalem Natural History Museum, and the Wilfrid Israel Museum of Asian Art, among others.
In 2023, Noa was honored to be shortlisted for both the MIC 62nd Faenza Prize and the Brookfield Properties Craft Award at Collect. Her dedication to her craft has earned her several notable accolades, including the Clore–Bezalel Scholarship (2020) and the Blumenthal Award for Excellence (2016).
