    Noa was born in Israel. She started playing piano at the age of 7, and at 8 she began playing under the guidance of Tania Kozlov at the Kfar Saba conservatory. Since then, Noa has participated and won prizes in several national and international competitions, performed with an orchestra and participated in master classes with leading world-renowned pianists.

    In 2015, Noa performed with the Ashdod symphonic orchestra (conductor Vag Papian), and in 2016 with the Alicante symphonic orchestra  (conductor Mihnea Ignat). In 2015, Noa also performed on live IBA broadcasts from the Eden-Tamir Music Center in Ein-Karem as part of the Young Piano Masters Project (Aldwell center in Jerusalem for young outstanding pianists).

    For the last few years, Noa won 2nd prize at Carmel Debute international piano competition for young pianists in Indianapolis, USA in the 10-11 age category; 2nd prize prize at the “Piano Forever” Competition in Israel and 2nd prize at Pnina Zaltzman competition in Kfar- Saba, in the 7-12 age category.

    Noa is an America-Israel Cultural Foundation Scholarship recipient for 2016-2017.

    In one of the most prestigious events for young pianists held this past April in Kiev, Ukraine, pianist Noa Kapliyonshik took part in the Vladimir Horowitz competition for ages fourteen to nineteen.
