I was born in Givatayim, Israel in 1997. I played the recorder for 11 years, and this coming year will be my 9th year playing the Bassoon (Fagot). Until the end of high school I learned at The Givatayim Music Conservatorium, my teacher for the recorder was Ganit Polin, and I learn bassoon with Richard Paley.
In 2015 I completed my 4th year as a student at Thelma Yellin High School of the Arts. I was selected as an excellent student when I graduated. I was enlisted to the Israeli army (IDF) in October 2015 as an Outstanding Musician, which allowed me to continue practicing and also to study music (Bachelor’s degree) at the Tel Aviv University, during my service.
In 2017 I got accepted to “Barenboim-Said Akademie” In Berlin, to the Bassoon class of Mor Biron from the Berlin Philharmonic. My chamber music teacher is Prof. klaus Thunemann. Since then, I took several Masterclasses with Sophie Deravaux and Sergio Azzolini. In 2019 I was invited to play with the West Eastern Divan Orchestra, Conducted by Maestro Daniel Barenboim, for a 3 weeks tour in Argentina (Buenos Aires) and Europe (London, Salzburg, Berlin and Lucerne).
In the last year and also this year, I received the Outstanding Keren Sharett (AICF) Scholarship – an Encouragement Scholarship for my Bassoon studies.
