About Ofri Tanchelson
Ofri is a New York based musician. Following a young career as a choir lead singer, she completed a dual bachelor’s degree program with honors from the Music Academy in Jerusalem, and the Hebrew University. In 2013 Ofri graduated with a Master of Arts in Music Therapy, with honors, at Bar Ilan University
Ofri was part of many musical groups over the years, including “Tiltan” A-cappella group and “The Broken Elevator Quartet” experimental music band.
In recent years, Ofri was a member of Carmina singers ensemble in Israel, under conductor Taum Karni, and currently is in the active roster of Voices 21C, under artistic director André de Quadros.
