    Rania Ateek, Soprano b.1997 . Graduated from Emek Yizrael conservatory, in which she sang in the “shani” choir and performed within as a soloist in the country and all over the world. She is a 4th year student at the academy of Jerusalem for music and dance in the vocal department studying with Mrs. Anat Efraty and dr. Ido Ariel.

    In the last couple of years she participated in the summer opera in Tel Aviv, in which she had the honor to work with several conductors and voice coaches, like: Kevin Murphy, Michael Shade, Abby Furmansky, Mark Schneibel, Michael Shell, and more. She participated in the opera production of “Die Zauberflöte” by Mozart, with the role of -first child spirit-. She also sang in a Broadway concert.

    Within the Academy Rania has participated in Master classes with maestro Dan Ettinger -the music manager of the Israeli opera and the Rishon Litsion Orchestra-, and with Mr. Brian Zeger- the head of vocal department in Juilliard.

    Rania is a member of the chamber choir of the academy conducted by Prof.  Stanley Sperber. Within the choir she has worked with the conductors Ilan Volkov, Marin Alsop, Dan Ettinger and maestro Zubin Mehta. She also performed also as a soloist within the choir in the country and around the world. In addition, she has performed in the academy’s opera production “La Finta Giardiniera” Mozart with the role of Serpetta.

    She also won first place in the competition of artistic songs in the name of Ada Brodsky 20192020. In addition Rania was awarded an America-Israel Cultural Foundation scholarship in years 2020-2022 for Classical Vocal Performance
