About Rotem Gerad

Rotem Gerad was born and raised in a Bat-Hen, Emek Hefer. He is a Jazz Trombonist for the past 5 years. He studied in Thelma Yellin High School for 4 years, and now he studies in Rimon School of Jazz and Contemporary Music and Serves in the army as an “Outstanding Musician”.

Recently he released his first single with a band under his leadership, that plays original music that he composed, arranged, and produced. The single showed great success when he was played on a regular basis in the Galgalatz Playlist, Apple Music “Best Of The Week” and the “A-list Alternative Israeli Songs” for 5 months.

Rotem is a 2018/19 America Israel Cultural Foundation Scholarship Recipient.
