Shatha Bransi

Shatha Bransi was born and raised in Tayibe.
Shatha finished her high school studies at Atid High School, majoring in physics, chemistry and environmental sciences, in 2008.
In 2016 Shatha graduated from Hamidrasha Art Faculty at Beit Berl College after 4 Years of Study with a B.Ed.F.A. – Bachelor Degree of Arts and Art Education with Academic excellence in Art and Art teaching.
Shatha’s main interest is sculpture that emphasizes the geometric abstraction content of the material. Her practice evolved into paintings on the materials of her sculptures, integrating color into her objects.
Shatha’s style offers defined edges, lines, simple and pure colors and many hidden messages.
In 2016 Shatha’s works were featured in a solo exhibition at the Hamidrasha Gallery at Hayarkon 19, Tel Aviv.
In addition to being awarded an excellence prize for her graduate exhibition, she was also granted the the 2016-2017 Visual Art scholarship from the America-Israel Cultural Foundation.
