Tal Adler

Tal Adler Arieli was born in 1989 in Israel. He was trained at the “Thelma Yelin” High School of Arts in Tal Aviv, and attended summer intensives with the Batsheva Dance Company, Yasmeen Godder, and Springboard Dans Montreal. He recently finished his BFA studies at The Juilliard School under the direction of Lawrence Rhodes. There he danced in works by Ohad Naharin, Alexander Ekman, Stijn Celis, Mark Morris, Larry Keigwin, and others. Since graduating, he’s been working with Andrea Miller’s Gallim Dance, and The Equus Projects, which is a company that combines horsemanship and dancing.
He joined Danièle Desnoyers’s Montreal-based company, Le Carré des Lombes, for a new creation in Festival TransAmériques that premiered in 2019. Tal is also a part of choreographer Jonah Bokaer’s new creation, an exciting collaboration with visual artist Anthony McCall.
He was generously supported by AICF from 2004 to 2009.
