Tal Batit

Tal Batit was born and raised in Ashdod, Israel.
Tal is a graduate of the industrial design department at H.I.T – Holon Institute of Technology. During design school, Tal developed a passion for ceramics, and started researching the material and expertise in that field, while always trying to challenge traditional processes.
Tal’s latest project, HYBRIDS, deals with contrasts and the way they combine. his sculptures represent two worlds, two traditions and two different clays, with a unique fusing technique.
Tal is an America-Israel Cultural Foundation scholarship recipient.
