Uri Zafrir

Uri Zafrir – pianist and Composer.
Winner of numerous competitions including Pnina Zalzman competition, The Clermont competition, “Hayozer Hazair” composition competition (broadcast on israeli channel 1), Turgeman competition. Received America-Israel Cultural Foundation scholarships during the years 2006-2014 for piano solo and chamber music.
During his Israeli military service, Uri has played to numerous state officials amongs them Prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu and IDF Chief of Staff Beni Ganz.
Uri Currently teaches piano, performs music and composes mostly for the piano.
