Yael Koldobsky
Yael Koldobsky, born in 2001 in Tel Aviv, started to study the piano with Tania Kozlov at the age of eight.
Among the prizes Yael has received:
2nd prize in the “Take Two” competition, Eden Tamir Music Center 2012;
1st prize in piano ensembles and 2nd prize in solo performance – youngest age categories of “21st Century Art” Competition 2012 – Lonigo, Italy;
1st prize 6-11 category “Piano Forever” Competition 2012, Ashdod;
1st prize 6-12 category “Pnina Salzman” Competition 2013 Kfar Saba;
Prize winner 12-15 category “Piano Forever” Competition 2013 Ashdod;
2st prize 12-15 category of “Piano Forever” Competition 2014 Ashdod;
2st prize 12-15 category “Pnina Salzman” Competition 2015 Kfar Saba;
1st prize 12-15 category “Piano Forever” Competition 2015 Ashdod.
Yael has received scholarships from the American Israel Culture Foundation from 2014 through 2017 and from Zefunot Culture in 2013.
Yael has performed concerti with the Ashdod Symphony Orchestra under the baton of maestro Yaron Gottfried (2013) and under the baton of maestro Vag Papyanas (2016) as part of “Viva la piano” festival in Ashdod, with the Israeli Chamber Orchestra under the baton of maestro Yoav Talmi – Amadeus festival 2013, and with the Alicante University Philharmonic Orchestra under the baton of maestro Mihnea Ignat in Sala de Notari, Perugia 2015.
Yael received “distinction awards” and was chosen to perform in the outstanding young musicians concert at the Kfar Saba conservatory in 2014 and 2015.
Yael continues her piano studies at the Kfar Saba conservatory with her teacher Tania Kozlov.
