Yonathan Heifetz
Yonathan was born in 1994 and bean playing the piano at the age of 8, under the guidance of Flora Grass at the Giv’atayim Conservatory. He graduated from the Thelma Yellin high school and is today studying under Arie Vardi at the Buchman-Mehta High School of Music.
In the last few years, Yonathan attended numerous summer courses and master classes, such as the International Piano master classes in Tel Hai, The Aspen Music Festival, and other courses in Italy, Germany and the US.
Yonathan played solo for a number of orchestras, and last year he performed under the conduction of Frederic Chaslin in the Concerto for 3 pianos by Mozart, with the Jerusalem Symphonic Orchestra.
Recipient of the AICF scholarship since 2010.
