1st CARMEL International Short Film Festival

The annual 1st Carmel international short film festival is taking place at the picturesque town of Zichron Yaakov, on the Carmel mountain, near the mediterranean sea in Israel. Screenings will take place in magical historical venues. Our aim is to promote short films and new media - fiction, documentary and animation. All international competitive programs awarding prizes between 1k NIS to 3k NIS.
