The 2020 competitions include the following prizes in each category:
The Rafi Guralnik Prize for Piano – $6,000
The Ilona Kornhauser Prize for Violin, donated by the Kornhauser family and the Canada-Israel Cultural Foundation – $6,000
The Rachel and Dov Gottesman Family Prize for Viola – $6,000
The Susan and Emanuel (Bob) Kornhauser Prize for Woodwinds, donated by Kornhauser family and the Canada-Israel Cultural Foundation – $6,000
The François Schapira Prize for Composition – $6,000
The Ministry of Culture and Sport Prize for the Outstanding Israeli Instrumental Performance – 15,000 ₪
The Meira Geyra “Audience Choice” Prizes, donated by Rachel and Dov Gottesman Family – $2,000
