Concert: Avital meets Avital

Avi Avital & Omer Avital

This concert is a dialogue between the musical worlds. Grammy-nominated mandolinist Avi Avital, born out of classical music tradition, meets Grammy winner and jazz bassist Omer Avital. With the support of piano and percussion, a melting pot of North African sounds, Mediterranean rhythms, Israeli harmonies and classical music is created. In the end, it becomes clear how wonderfully sensitive chamber music can be combined with wild emotional jazz.
