Elad Zada – Somatic Archive

The installation, which consists of bodies sewn out of fabric, plasticine works and mold drawings, was created over the course of the year. Throughout The Lab, there are several objects that reinforce the concept of excavations in the depths of memory and awareness. Elad's work is built around plasmatic creatures that have been floating around in his mind since childhood and, in his opinion, serve as a portal to his senses. The movement attempts to visually depict his rich mystical world, which exists between the abstract and the imaginary, between the metaphysical and the tangible. Nir Jacob Younessi, a sound researcher, created sound work for the installation.
