Generative Jam Workshop

Every week, the Generative Jam team meets on Zoom, to share some generative works and methods. In the first 45 minutes, someone will give a presentation and teach a new skill. The rest of the session is dedicated to playing around with the software or code that was discussed in that meeting.

In this week's meeting, the team will deal with the wonder that is the Perlin-noise function. What it really is, what it does, what can be done with it (lots of things!) Mostly they'll practice a collaborative work in real-time on a shared server, and create generative, abstract and organic things with this simple yet magical function.

The session will be lead by Dr. Lior Ben Gai, and is open for all.
