Now he leads the Boulez Ensemble in the season’s second world premiere: a violin concerto by Syrian-American composer Kareem Roustom, with Michael Barenboim, son of Daniel Barenboim, as the soloist. Two chamber music works by Janáček and Brahms complete the program.
The world premiere of Kareem Roustom´s work is commissioned by the Daniel Barenboim Foundation.
