The solo career of Shirley Brill, who is an AICF alumni, began with the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Zubin Mehta. In 2009 she became principal clarinettist of the West-Eastern Divan Orchestra led by Daniel Barenboim and performed in renowned venues such as the Wiener Musikverein, the Salle Pleyel in Paris, the Scala di Milano and other international stages. In 2010 she accepted the prize of the Westphalian Peace for the orchestra. Benedict Kloeckner is one of the great talents of the new generation of soloists. He has already recorded six CDs and performs worldwide as a soloist with world-class orchestras. The pianist Jonathan Aner, an AICF alumni as well, is a sought-after soloist and chamber musician and has performed at the Berlin Philharmonic, Carnegie Hall in New York, the Oriental Arts Center in Shanghai, the Tonhalle Zurich, the Auditorium du Louvre in Paris and at many festivals.
