Origin of the World: a Theater Performance

The site-specific and immersive theater performance Origin of The World, located in the former strip club “Pussycat” in Tel Aviv, takes you on a journey through the cultural history of the vulva, a laboratory that explores the myths surrounding the "female genitalia" and exposes structures of oppression. A haptic show that joyfully deconstructs stereotypes and a reality of which we are all too certain of, and reveals the mechanisms of patriarchal conditioning.
