Photo Exhibition: Jacques Albeck & Boaz Arad

Boaz Arad is an Israeli photographer, videographer and visual storyteller based in Berlin. A trained photojournalist, his assignments around the world have taken him amongst other places to the hermit kingdom of North Korea where he witnessed the rise of Kim Jong Un and was given extremely rare front stage access to document the largest military parade in the history of the secretive country - and daily life on the streets of Pyongyang
Jacques Albeck was born in 1960 in Berlin. Early in his life, he discovered his love for photography. He got his first camera when he was only 13 and he kept on taking photos since then. Albeck took part in many photography workshops and competitions - and this is his first exhibition. Albeck says that the sentence “photography is drawing with lights” is a great inspiration for his works.
