We invite you to speak with the Argentinian-Israeli artist Paula Elion as part of the exhibition "Immigrant-Emigration-Migrant-Refugee"

Paula Elion was born in 1973 in Argentina. She graduated in 2009 from the Midrasha Art School in Beit Berl, Israel. She works in Tel Aviv and regularly stays in Berlin. There she takes part in art residencies for several years.
The artist mainly explores the means of painting and drawing. In her work she combines these techniques with old books, found objects, clothes, cardboard, wood and other objects.
Paula Elion's work deals with a variety of topics that combine personal and social aspects. Often these works are based on images from social networks, as well as in the artist's family albums, exploring conflicts and universal issues.
