The Arcana-Equinote Music Academy to Launch in Beit Jala

The platform will support the creation of a regional artistic educational community

Equinote is leading a unique program for accessible culture for children and teenagers with
special needs who until now did not have the opportunity to learn, play and be part of a
musical community. The program is held with the support of the Ministry for Regional Cooperation and includes participants from Jordan, Hebron, Bethlehem, Beit Shemesh, Hora and Safed. Each of the participating cities will receive musical instruments that will be the foundation stone for the establishment of the local academy for teachers and students.

The Arcana-Equinote Music Academy will be launched at the planned conference in Beit Jala on September 15 – a study program on a unique musical instrument adapted for people with disabilities called Arcana Equinote; The platform will support the creation of a regional artistic educational community that works to bring together teachers and students from all over the world. The Arcana-Equinote Music Academy includes the training of teachers and therapists in Israel and around the world who, with the new skill, will teach students to play the instrument. launching a virtual academy in Arabic, Hebrew and English ,online music studies; comprehensive information about the tool and its uses; a professional and social home for the community of musicians and teachers. The Academy will later be used to deliver webinars to all participants of the, reporting on innovations, learning new content and live performances by the students of the program in the various countries.
