Amira Ziyan

Ameera Zyian, born in 1977, lives and works in Yarka, Israel
Zyian is a MFA graduate from Haifa University. Her staged photos echo absence by revealing evidence from a scene that just took place.
The main objects of Zyian’s Art are women from the Israeli Druze society, alongside social aspects such as identity and gender in the contemporary Druze culture.
