Amit Yungman
The Israeli mezzo countertenor Amit Yungman graduated from the vocal department of the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance, where he studied with Bibiana Goldenthal and Dr. Zvi Semel. He is currently studying in the Royal Conservatoire in The Hague in the Early Music Masters program, in the class of Rita Dams. Amit’s budding career is showing exciting and varied prospects: having taken first place in the Israeli national Ada Brodsky Art Song competition, sang the role of Cherubino in a production of Le Nozze di Figaro, recorded 15th century music, and participated in various other early music concerts and projects.
