Itamar Feinberg
Born in 2003 in Haifa, Israel, pianist Itamar Feinberg is an accomplished musician who has garnered numerous accolades in Israeli competitions and performs regularly in solo and chamber music recitals across the country. He has appeared as a soloist with prominent Israeli orchestras, including the Ashdod Symphony Orchestra, where he performed Mozart’s 19th Piano Concerto under the baton of Vag Papian. A scholarship recipient of the America-Israel Cultural Foundation, Itamar won first place in the Piano Forever Nationwide Contest for young pianists in Ashdod.
Itamar has participated in international festivals, including Music Fest Perugia, where he performed with the festival orchestra. He has also been a regular participant in the Jerusalem Music Center’s excellence programs, such as Murray Perahia’s summer course and the David Goldman Program for Chamber Music. He has performed in masterclasses with renowned pianists, including Joseph Kalichstein, Arie Vardi, Asaf Zohar, Michel Béroff, and Ran Zemach.
Currently 21 years old, Itamar studies at the Buchmann-Mehta School of Music under Professors Asaf Zohar and Arie Vardi. Previously, he studied for nine years at the Rubin Conservatory of Music in Haifa with Mrs. Olga Zolotoyabko. As a young performer, he played in the Haifa Chamber Music Society’s Shabbat Pleasure concerts and gave numerous recitals throughout Israel.
Itamar continues to develop his artistry as both a soloist and chamber musician, inspiring audiences with his dynamic performances and dedication to the piano.
