Roni Salomons

Roni Salomons

Roni Salomons (born 2004) is an Israeli clarinetist currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in the class of Prof. Chen Halevi in Trossingen, Germany. Her previous teachers include Tibi Cziger, Ilya Schwartz, and Mira Meerovich. Roni completed her high school studies at Thelma Yellin High School of the Arts.

Roni has performed in Israel and internationally, including recitals in Tel Aviv, Lübeck, Germany (Schleswig-Holstein Music Festival), and Oslo, Norway (Voksenåsen Summer Academy).

Roni has performed with numerous orchestras, including the Young Israel Philharmonic, the Young Symphony Orchestra of Berlin, and the Trossingen Academy Orchestra, serving both as principal and section player.

She regularly performs chamber music and has taken part in concerts in Israel and Germany, many of which she organized herself. Additionally, she participated in the David Goldman Program for Outstanding Musicians at the Jerusalem Music Center.

Roni participated in the Stift Music Festival in the Netherlands in 2025, and since then has been an active partner and organizer of the Windhock Wind Festival in Trossingen, where she has worked with composers such as Nina Šenk and Philippe Hersant, performing their works.

Roni is a recipient of scholarships from the America-Israel Cultural Foundation, the Ronen Foundation, the Azrieli Foundation, and DAAD. She has participated in masterclasses with leading musicians worldwide, including Prof. Lorenzo Coppola, Prof. Márta Gulyás, Prof. François Benda, and others.
