Shir Rozzen

Shir Rozzen is an Israeli Opera Singer & Song Writer. She holds degrees from the Juilliard School and the Curtis Institute of Music, where she studied voice with Mrs. Marlena Malas.
Rozzen is the recipient of the Prodigy Grant from the State of Israel (IDF).
Her Dramatic Soprano voice and Synesthesia are unique and rare. She received the lead role in a world premiere opera (Empty the House) and recorded another world premiere opera which led to two GRAMMY® nominations (Cold Mountain). Her other performances include the roles of Mimì in La bohème & Tosca by Puccini, Ariadne auf Naxos by Strauss, and Des Knaben Wunderhorn by Mahler. Rozzen is the founder & Director of the “Rozzen School of the Arts” and the “American College Agency for Young Artists” which is designed for students interested in getting accepted to the finest performing arts colleges in the States.
