Alon Schwartz

Alon Schwartz is one of the finest jazz musicians of his generation. He has played with some of the most notable jazz performers of our time in Israel and the US, including Avishai Cohen (trumpet), Sefi Zisling, Yonatan Voltzok, Inbar Friedman, Aviv Peck, Dayna Stevens and others. He performed at the Quinta Jazz Fest, The Red Sea Jazz Fest, and at noted venues and jazz clubs including Beit Haamudim, Shablul and Wally’s Jazz Cafe. He has also recorded with Larry Klein, David Louria and other prominent producers. While participating in the exclusive Berklee College of Music Jazz Summer Workshop in 2019, Alon was awarded a full scholarship to Berklee where he is currently enrolled as a 4th year student. In April 2021, Alon won 1st prize in the acclaimed Rimon School of Music Jazz Musician Competition. He will be performing at the Monterey Jazz Festival in September 2023 as part of the Berklee Jazz and Gender Justice Quartet.
Alon’s first EP, released in August 2022, combines his love of traditional jazz with modern themes. Alon composed, performed and co-produced five original tunes which have been gaining traction on streaming services and social media. Alon’s repertoire is extensive and covers the full range of jazz from Swing to Bebop to modern fusion. His artistry and versatility are memorable and come alive on stage.
