The finalists for the François Schapira Viola Prize 🎻 ($6,000💰) at the 2024 Aviv Competitions have been announced:
- Shira Shushan
- Noga Shaham
Both violists have also advanced to the final stage of the competition for the Outstanding Performance of an Instrumental Israeli Piece for the Rafi Guralnik Prize (NIS 7,500💰).
The jury chose the finalists out of 6 candidates in this category. The final round for both prizes will take place on Wednesday, January 1, and Thursday, January 2, 2025.
